Wegmans reached into their backyard to design a lighting experience that once again sets them apart
Wegmans Food Markets is a local hotspot and source of pride for those in the Rochester area. Now, loyal Wegmans customers and new visitors alike will be able to experience their favorite supermarket in a healthy new way. Suspended in the vestibules of the Henrietta and Pittsford locations, the Olessence OLED lighting fixture by Acuity Brands creates an atmosphere that promotes well-being, by providing diffuse light that is UV-free and contains low blue-light. These fixtures are manufactured and designed by Acuity Brands using OLEDWorks’ OLED panels. Wegmans has further shown their dedication to healthy-light by installing OLED fixtures in the employee meeting and dining areas of their Rochester headquarters.
