At OLEDWorks, we are committed to delivering exceptional quality and operational excellence by continuously improving our products and processes with a “Zero Defect” goal.

Through innovation, advanced processes, and employee empowerment, we drive improvement and success while ensuring compliance, sustainability, and environmental responsibility with our ISO 9000 and IATF 16949:2016 certified management system.

The management team and employees are committed to delivering the highest standards of quality and operational excellence. As a learning organization, we continuously improve our products and
processes with a “Zero Defect” goal through proactive failure prevention. We leverage diverse sources of information to maximize satisfaction for our customers and stakeholders.

We prioritize safe and healthy working conditions by identifying and eliminating hazards and minimizing occupational health and safety (OH&S) risks for our employees. Together with our customers, we develop products that meet all requirements while delivering high quality, safe, and sustainable OLED solutions, thereby strengthening the OLEDWorks brand.

In collaboration with our suppliers, we ensure that our OLED products meet our brand promise and are fit for purpose. We adhere to local environmental regulations and health and safety standards. Our product innovations utilize world-class processes, state-of-the-art reliability testing, and customer feedback to drive continuous business performance improvement.

We develop, educate, coach, motivate, and challenge our employees to achieve world class performance by fostering a decisive and adaptable organization, we create an environment where employees are eager to succeed, take ownership, and collaborate to excel. We actively promote awareness among employees regarding quality, environmental responsibility, and occupational health and safety. Additionally, we are committed to consulting with and encouraging employee participation in these efforts.

Our integrated management system is based on the ISO 9000 family and has been upgraded to meet IATF 16949:2016 standards, enabling world-class performance of our products and organization. We ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, voluntary agreements, and other requirements.

We continuously improve the environmental impact of our products across their entire lifecycle, from manufacturing to end-user application.

We expect our suppliers and contractors to align with our policies, ensuring sustainable practices throughout OLEDWorks LLC.

The management team and employees are committed to deliver the highest level of quality and operational excellence, and as a learning organization drive continuous improvement of our products and processes with “a zero defect” target by failure prevention. We use multiple information and sources to optimize satisfaction of customers and our interested parties. We are committed to provide safe and healthy working conditions and we eliminate any hazards and reduce OH&S risks for our employees. In partnership with our customers, we develop requirement-fulfilling products and deliver high quality, safe and sustainable OLED lighting solutions, thereby increasing the value of the OLEDWorks brand.

Together with our suppliers we ensure that our OLED lighting products fulfil our brand promise and are fit for use. We comply with local regulatory environmental requirements and health and safety standards and request this also actively from our suppliers and partners. In our product innovation we use world class processes and modern state of the art reliability testing and use customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement of the business performance, in synergy with an efficient environmental and occupational health & safety protection.

We are building a Culture of engaged, collaborative, happy employees equally focused on professional achievement and satisfaction as well as personal health and well-being, in which we develop, educate, coach, motivate, challenge and support our employees to achieve world class performance by implementing a decisive and adaptable organization that creates an environment in which our employees are Eager to win, Take Ownership and Team up to excel. We promote the awareness of our employees, concerning quality, environment and occupational health & safety protection as well as information security.

Our integrated management system complies with the standards IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. With this we achieve world class performance of our products and organization. We comply with all relevant laws, regulations, voluntary agreements, and other requirements.

Our goal is to proactively identify and minimize risks. This also includes IT security incidents, which are effectively ruled out using prepared countermeasures. This prevents damage to our customers, suppliers, and employees.

Through the internationally recognized “TISAX” certificate, we want to send a clear signal and show our commitment to meeting the expectations of our customers and partners.
Information security requirements should be considered in all decisions and projects.

We improve the environmental aspects of our products within the complete product life cycle within manufacturing and the use by the end customers. We follow continuous improvement for occupational health & safety and to prevent air water pollution and soil contamination as well to optimize resource management and reduce waste and emission within manufacturing and other relevant activities.
We aim that our suppliers and contractors follow our policy and therefore we guarantee a sustainable behavior at the OLEDWorks GmbH.
